Office Escapes is a day out for teams who need to get away from it all, blow off some steam, let their hair down, and remember they actually quite like each other, and that there's a lot more to everyone than what shows up at work.

You bring your lot. We bring the fire, the food, the fun challenges and that big open view. You don't organise a thing. You just turn up, roll your sleeves up, and let the meadow do the rest.

It's not team building. Not really. It's a good day out that happens to leave everyone feeling like a team again.

A full day out that rolls on into dinner by the fire, dark skies full of stars, and a night under canvas. For the teams who really want to go for it. We'll sort tents, kit and catering if you'd like us to.

A day in the life

What The Long Escape actually looks like

No two days are the same, but here's the shape of one. We'll tweak it all to suit your team.

10.00Arrive and let the fun begin. No name badges, no forced small talk, just say hello and warm up by the fire.
10.45The first challenge. Teams go head to head. Think fire-lighting races and a bit of glorious chaos, and someone always surprises everyone.
12.30Lunch around the fire pit. Easy, relaxed, everyone refuelled.
1.30An afternoon adventure across the meadow and the walks around it. Teamwork happens without anyone calling it teamwork.
3.30Everyone back round the fire. Drinks, the view, and that golden-hour light if the weather's feeling kind.
4.00Home time, reluctantly.

Every team is different, so we'll shape the day around you. The Short Escape runs 10am to 1pm, same spirit, just shorter. The Great Escape carries on into dinner, dark skies and a night under canvas.

Hello, we're Nikki & Ian

We love being outdoors, and we know just how much fun can be had when you have a big open space, a chance to escape work pressure for a few hours, and the freedom to just let your hair down. So we wanted to open the gates to 3 acres of beautiful meadow, so that you and your team, colleagues or leaders can do exactly that.

We keep the numbers small on purpose. No scripts, no clipboards. Just good people, good food, and the kind of day people talk about long after.
